ABRASIVE BLASTING
Abrasive blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
WELDING
Our capacity encompasses an entire range of manual and automated welding technologies, including TTG and MIG for manganese and other steel alloys. Pre-heating, full edge preparation and post-weld stress relieving are our standard processes, not expensive options.
DRILLING
ZhengSheng drills and countersinks holes from 1/4 inch to 5 inches in diameter, even through 15-inch-thick plates. Using leading-edge technology, we deliver fast, efficient, and precise drilling results, even in hard-to-machine wear-resistant materials.
GENERAL MACHINING
Put Zhengsheng to the test. We handle it all—Zhengsheng can mill slots, tap holes, and perform beveling and chamfering, even in tough, wear-resistant materials.
FORMING
At Zhengsheng, precision work is our specialty. Our experienced team manufactures a full line of abrasion- and impact-resistant materials to meet exact customer specifications.
CNC MACHINING CENTER
Motion is controlling multiple axes, two (X and Y), and a tool spindle that moves in the Z (depth). The position of the tool is driven by servo motors in order to provide highly accurate movements. On commercial metalworking machines, closed-loop controls are standard and required in order to provide the accuracy, speed, and repeatability demanded.
CUTTING
The burning tables are equipped with dry and underwater capacity for plasma, and oxyacetylene burning. We flame cut plate to any desired length up to 15 inches in thickness and 120 inches in width. For heavy plate burning, preheated and postheating are our standard processes to assure clean cuts without stress cracking at the edges.
