ZhengSheng Wear Plates: More Durable, More Reliable
Our overlay products can add weeks, months, or even years of trouble-free operations to your most extreme wear situations. The outstanding performance is the result of hardfacing a metal by welding different types of chromium or complex carbides on top of the base material. By carefully composing the hardfacing material, each product is optimized for different wear situations and abrasive materials.
With its optimum carbide concentration and consistently good abrasion resistance from the top surface through 75% of overlay depth, our wear plate provides a longer service life compared to competitive products. This is a unique property of ZhengSheng wear plate, since abrasion resistance is traditionally guaranteed only at the surface level.
